Prior Agreement Conditions


Prior to work being undertaken by SEO Positive Ltd, we require assurances from our customers that:

  • The client has not employed the services of any other Seo OR web marketing Company other than SeoGp to work on their website marketing and promotion.
  • The client has not employed the services of any Submission Company during the same period of    SeoGp providing their Seo or SEM services.
  • The client hasn’t created any duplicate sites, content or pages, redirects or doorway pages to their website whilst advertising online with SeoGp.
  • The client hasn’t requested or exchanged links with any link farms or undertaken any spamming techniques which may harm the web site's search engine ranking with Google.
  • SeoGp holds a strict privacy policy and promise to never divulge your details to any other client, existing or potential.


Seo Ranking or Positioning

Keep in mind that a top ten ranking in search engines means that your website will be ranked for the selected keywords for which your site is been optimized.
SeoGp is solely aimed at increasing your websites visibility and boosting search engine ranking on major search engines like Google, Yahoo and MSN
SeoGp may not be responsible for any sudden change in website’s ranking in search engines due to sudden change in the algorithm of search engines.

 

Only Paid Hosting - No Free Web Hosting
The client agrees that their website is not hosted on any free web hosting space using any sort of domain forwarding.
SeoGp can make request to client to change its web hosting if it is hosted on banned or bad neighbor hosting company for Seo prospective.

 

Complete Access to Client’s Website
SeoGp should be provided with complete access to client’s website by providing website’s files like images, content, videos etc and necessary information like FTP login name and password etc.
The Customer must grant the authority to submit the Web Site pages being promoted to Search Engines and directories.
The customer must allow implementation of all search engine optimization strategies on their website in order for our online advertising campaign to be a success.

 

Company’s Right
We, SeoGp, reserve the right to cancel the contract agreement with immediate effect if it believes the material or the Web Site to be obscene, unfair, untrue or otherwise unworthy of inclusion on the internet. The discretion of SeoGp in this respect will be absolute.

 

Payment Criteria
SeoGp will only start working on any project when the 50% of payment is done in advance. After the compilation of project the remaining 50% payment should be paid as soon as possible so the project could be deliver to you.

 

Complaints Procedure
Anyone who experiences a problem with the web service provided by SeoGp should raise the matter directly using our online contact form to do so, giving sufficient information to locate the material (such as an URL) and clearly outlining the grounds for complaint. SeoGp will approach the individual responsible for the material in question with a view to resolving the matter to the satisfaction of the complainant.
